Home Made Bakery is a family run business based in Leigh on Sea, Essex. Established in 1971.

They offer special occasion cakes, cupcakes and have their own bakery full of delicious home made products.

The offer a number of cakes ranging from Weddings, Children's Birthdays to those milestones birthdays we all love to celebrate.

Carpenter's is a family run farm shop near Colchester, Essex.
Their farm incorporates 137 acres of prime arable farmland growing Potatoes, Wheat, Barley, Strawberries, Raspberries, Asparagus & Christmas trees. Newly established Blackcurrants and Gooseberries are now cropping well.

They claim to be "Probably the best Farm Shop in Essex" and they certainly come pretty close.

The amount of produce on offer is vast. Not only do they offer a pick your own with a quality range of fruit and vegetables, they have a magnificent array of potatoes available along with some of the nicest looking asparagus I've seen grown from their farm.

Crouch Vale is an independent brewery. The brewery was set up in 1981 with an aim to brew and supply the finest cask conditioned ales, using traditional ingredients and time honoured production processes; from local barley malts, Kentish and Worcestershire hops, to tried and trusted hops from the US and Germany.

The brewery produces regular beers throughout the year, from the award winning pale and fruity Brewers Gold, to the golden, spicy Amarillo. They also produce seasonal beers, from the classic ‘Summer Breeze' bitter to the ‘Willie Warmer’ dark strong barley wine.

Within the attractive barn conversion shop, fresh delicious eggs are provided by the farm's 800 laying hens; organic pork, beef, lamb and chicken brought in by carefully selected local producers.

French's Farm was formed in 1984, it is a totally organic farm of approximately 165 acres, that uses no herbicides or pesticides and uses organic feed with no growth promoters or hormones added.

The Organic Butcher shop on site can recommend and advise you on so many different cuts of meat not readily available from supermarkets.

All of the produce is farmed from very small local producers within a 25-mile radius. They have an extremely healthy cliental from their local village, into Brentwood and surrounding areas, who are experiencing the need for organic food for their families, not just from a healthy living point, but, much more from the environmentally friendly way of things today.
